The named digital additions are the Inmate Michael Myers skin and two exclusive Civilians, Richard and Alexis. The official preorder FAQ says a Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade will be offered at launch. It also uses the phrase “more surprises,” which is not a license to invent unnamed items.

How the Phantom preorder skin works
The Phantom Michael Myers skin is described as a digital preorder exclusive. The publisher says it will not be sold after the preorder period. Both Digital Standard and Digital Deluxe preorder lists include it. The physical edition FAQ explicitly says physical preorders do not receive the Phantom skin.
Physical “Advance Access” is not early game access
The physical article uses “Advance Access” for the Clown and Samhain Michael Myers skins and Civilian cosmetics. It explains that these items are immediately unlocked for physical-edition buyers but can also be earned through in-game challenges. This is different from the Digital Deluxe benefit that permits play before September 8.
