Haddonfield Help uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which guides are useful. The configured Measurement ID is G-LH5KDQTNRR. Analytics loads only on the production hostnames, not localhost, automated tests, or preview deployments.
Regional Consent Mode defaults
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising-related storage signals default to denied. Analytics is enabled only after acceptance. For other regions, analytics defaults to allowed, and the footer's Privacy choices control can opt out at any time.
A saved user choice overrides the regional default on later pages. Rejecting updates consent immediately and removes first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies that this site can access. It does not attempt to remove unrelated cookies or data from other sites.
Current advertising status
Advertising is off. No AdSense, Adsterra, or other advertising script is loaded, and disabled ad positions do not leave blank boxes. The site may be supported by advertising in the future, but advertising will not be enabled for regulated regions until an approved account and a Google-certified consent platform are configured and tested.
Analytics events
The launch version limits custom events to clicks on official sources, intentional loading of an official video, and analytics-consent updates. Events do not include email addresses, contact text, complete external query strings, account information, or device fingerprints.
YouTube privacy
No YouTube player, thumbnail, cookie, or network request loads with a guide page. If a visitor chooses to load an official video, the site creates a youtube-nocookie.com player. YouTube's own policies then apply to that interaction.
Contact email
Messages sent to the public contact address are used to respond, review corrections, or handle rights requests. Contact details and message content are not sent to GA4 and are not sold.
US state privacy choices
There are no ads or data-sale features today. Before advertising is enabled, the site plans to use a Google-certified consent platform with the supported US state privacy messages and a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice where applicable.
