Haddonfield Help publishes direct answers only as strongly as the available evidence permits. A missing answer remains missing; it is not converted into a yes, no, zero, or probability.
Source order
- Official game site, developer/publisher posts, first-party platform stores, and official social announcements.
- Official gameplay videos and public demos, clearly labeled as observations when the source does not state a rule.
- Reliable reporting for context or conflict checks, not as a substitute for a direct source that is available.
- Community reports only to identify questions or corroborate a live problem. A single post does not establish a game fact.
Evidence labels
Officially confirmed means a direct first-party source states the claim. Observed in official gameplay means the behavior is visible in an official demo or video but is not documented as a final rule. Community reported requires multiple attributable reports. Launch verification pending marks a known question that cannot yet be checked. Not officially confirmed is used when no first-party answer was located. Superseded preserves an older fact after a newer official source replaces it.
Hands-on and testing claims
Any future test must record the platform, build or patch, date, steps, expected result, actual result, and important limitations. Copy written from a video, press demo, or another player's report is never described as our playthrough.
Corrections and update history
Material corrections change the page and add an update-history note. Replaced facts remain traceable in the internal ledger. The visible “Last verified” date changes only when the evidence has actually been rechecked.
Draft publication gate
Troubleshooting drafts are excluded from navigation, public output, and Sitemap until a real issue has evidence and any remedy is safe, reversible, and testable. Dangerous registry edits, unknown DLL downloads, anti-cheat bypasses, piracy, and broad security-disable instructions are not published.
